Care to expand on this part?  As in, how did you make it fit?  The 
last post I read about installing a HD bar mentioned something about 
using a handy-dandy plasma torch or something?

Some people say they drop right in, and now I hear Aaron (the rollbar 
installation king of the list) says the best fit he's seen is 1/4" 
off?

I'm either confused, misled, or not going to buy a HD bar.... not 
sure which, yet.
