First my thanks for the responses.  So far no luck with the ID.  The ad
showing the wheel is in the Nov. issue of SCC on page 35.  It shows the
wheel with a Dunlop SP Sport 9000 tire mounted.

Jeff:  Close but no cigar bud!  Checked out the Racing Hart and it's not the
same.

Nicholas:  I tried to find out through Discount but so far no joy.  I may
try Dunlop if I can find an E-mail address for them.  Anyone?

Alex:  I don't know about the center cap emblem being Kosei or Seneca.  I've
never seen it before and it doesn't look like the current emblem of Kosei at
least.   It shows a profile of a standing red bird of some kind on a white
background.  The outside edge of the cap is bordered in blue with some
writing I can almost but not quite make out.
This is driving me nuts!  I love the looks of that wheel but once I do find
out who makes em, their cost will probably be prohibitive.  That's always
the way isn't it?

GADZOOKS!! Could it be that I have stumped the list?  Surly not!! ;o)
