OK, so I'm going to cheat on this one and insert something I'd written a
while ago, and not even mention the name of the person...Note that the talk
of the Chill in the Air influenced my memory.


Miata Breeze

"I like open space", you said to me
"And to feel wind in my hair"
Then a convertible's the place to be
And we took off without a care

You seemed to feed on wind and sun
The way I've done as well
Seems the Miata has made another one
Fall victim to its spell

It calls to me on sunny days
But it's more fun to go with two
Seems it calls another in similar ways
And that someone else is you

As Summer ends and Fall draws close
The air's so cold you think you'll freeze
Just grab your hat and winter clothes
And enjoy the brisk Miata breeze
