I've seen this. A guy at the Everglades Miata Club had some 007 type stuff
in his car. And in that vein, this is what he did:

He used a baby food jar, with the lid mounted underneath the car and a
tube coming out of the top. This went a windsheild washer motor that I
believed was mounted in the bumper. The power came from the some of the
wires back there. He had a switch in the ashtray/cupholder area for it.

The business end of the hose was mounted in a small hole in the bumper.
You couldn't even see it... But what he used (not all the time he said)
was baby oil... It sprayed out in a nice mist and then would smear to all
hell on the offending windshield...
