All - I am moving from Atlanta to Los Angeles in a couple
of months and hope you all can help me out with a number
of questions....  I have a 1996 Leather Package

1.  I need a front license plate mount.  What's the cheapest
and/or most convenient way to do this?

2.  What can I expect at the emissions testing booth?  I don't
know what the story is with California emissions anymore.

3.  What are the best shops for routine maintenance, 60 K 
servicing, alignment, etc.?  I expect to live in either the beach
areas around LAX (Manhattan, Hermosa, Marina Del Rey) or
in Westwood/Beverly Hills/West LA.

4.  Any clue what I can expect for personal property taxes,
license plate fees, title fees, insurance (I'm 30 with a clean
record), etc. for bringing the car in from the outside world?

I think that covers it for the time being.  Thanks for everyone's
