In
dash CD, tiny 6-disc changer in the trunk, some funky-assed "Roadster" floor
mats, and a kind of velour upholstry, definitely not the same stuff that the
US editions come with. And get this - it's got a BLUE ROOF! The paint code
on the plate in the engine bay says it's 12k D8A - anyone know what colour
it is, 'cause it looks a little too blue to be Montego (then again, it was 9
pm by the time I got it out of the ship, so can't tell until the sun comes
 up tomorrow).... >

Rodney, it sounds as you're describing a very special Roadster. According to
my literature, you have a B2-Limited, the next-to-last Limited Edition made in
the home market. The color is termed "Starlight Blue" that translates to the
same color offered in the US market on the '96M. Production began in December
'96. It comes with the blue roof, velour seat covers, chrome mirrors
and---does your car have these?---polished 7-spoke OEM rims.
