We've not mentioned the front windshield drains yet, so here goes:
There is a drain that runs through the middle of the weatherstripping on
the car at the front of the door. Drop the top, open the door and look at
the top outside corner of the windshield header. You will see a cup-like
piece of rubber that becomes a weatherstrip piece and runs down the height
of the door. There is a hole in the middle of this piece that channels
water from the windshield header down and dumps it out under the door. It
is possible that this has become clogged. To unclog, you will need a coat
hanger unbent to form a straight wire. Be CAREFUL as you poke this down
the hole, as you don't want to get it on an angle and poke through the
weatherstripping.
The other possibility is that someone already poked a hole in it and
that's where the water is coming from, although I can't see how it would
be getting into the door. Is your car parked on a funny angle or
something?
