Are you sure you didn't put on drilled or slotted rotors by mistake? :)
Seriously, though, I'd suspect surface imperfections in the rotors. IIRC,
you're supposed to replace the pads whenever you resurface the rotors, as
the pads have worn to match the rotors. I can't see how this would make
noise though, only that it would cut your braking effectiveness.
