I have to chime in here on behalf of Bill and Teri Cardell.  Not only is their
customer service terrific, but IMHO they really deserve our business.  Even if
they charged more for FM sways than the manufacturer (and it sounds like they
don't), I would still buy from the Dealer Alternative.  Bill and Teri drive
thousands of miles a year to spend time with and support Miata enthusiasts, and
they're always on the phone helping people out, even nights and weekends.  They
are constantly thinking of new ways to improve Miatas.  They serve as track
instructors.  They are bright, friendly, and professional.  Their prices are
fair.  I could go on and on but you get my point.  FWIW.
