The more you all get into this the better I feel about being a state
bureaucrat.  I run the state's oil pollution prevention program for marine
terminals you know like big tankers full of gasoline!  Qualifications:
retired Coast Guard officer, and a degree in psychology from an agricultural
school.  Oh yeah, an MBA.  The perfect "Public Administrator"....(meant to be
funny!!!)  The Red Devil keeps me sane.
