yeesh, this is the tack that produced those annoying "help"
baloons... I don't know about 90% of problems being the users'
fault, but most people are too lazy to sit down and read the
instructions to anything. It's a long-standing joke that most of the
VCR clocks in the US continuously blink 12:00 because users
"don't understand" the instructions, when the instructions are fairly
simple. ... if only people were interested in LEARNING about
technology instead of insisting on immediate gratification, we'd be
in a better place.
