The real question is why would you want to remove either of them, or if
you don't like them why not save the money and just buy a base or PEP
Miata?  I don't know what they are charging for a SpoRt package these
days, but I'll bet that you can add sways and springs to any '99 for about
the same money, and you don't have to look around as long.
