Dear MX-5 enthusiast, 

I need some info, help, idea's regarding the next event I am organising in
the year 2000. (Bruges 2000)
What can we add ? some idea ?, please send it ASAP (affordable, please !)

I need some info regarding what people want : 

do they want a three day or a four day event ? for example Paris was a
three day event but the meeting in the USA is a four day event

I always offer a complete organised event incl. hotel - price idea for a
three day event (like in Paris) is approx. 450-475 EURO incl. two nights
with breakfast, 2 x diner, 1 x lunch and one or two tours
One of the 2 diners is something special including FUN (maximum will be 220
persons)

Do I need to offer a four day event ? including an extra night, breakfast
and diner -> price will be more ofcourse -> add maybe 150 EURO
