Bill, you will probably get several emails on this, but here goes...:-) the BRG refers just to the color. Yes, the color was only available in the US in 91 as a special edition, but the color (BRG) is available in other parts of the world including Canada as just one of the many color options. You could go to Canada today, and buy or order a 99 in BRG. Pete 91 BRG >BRG is the '91 British Racing Green Special Edition Miata. Don't have >the references to other acronyms/emoticons.
