Two questions:

First...At times (seemingly during high humidity or cold weather) when I
start the car, the windshield wipers and the heater blower does not work.
Normally I can fix it by turning the car off and then on again. I am
guessing that maybe moisture is the problem but would like to hear what
others think or have seen..

Second.....I am going to replace my stock shocks with Konis (long, long,
long overdue). I am not to keen on having to break the ball joint if I don't
have to. Is there an alternative?
