Very hard.  The PPF needs to be modified for the long pinion RX7 rear and the
half shafts need to be resplined at the hub (plus the Miata specific bushing
need to be installed).  I have a link from my LSD page from Peter Doak who did
the very tranplant.  FYI, the 1994+ rear is capable of handling most
everything short of a V8.  See my drivetrain interchange page for more.
