	Thule has these seatbelt like nylon web adjustable straps that I use to
hold my catamaran down to its trailer (when I don't just use ropes and knots).

	Truckers use similar types of straps  on flatbeds

	I'm sure you could get leather one's for that retro look.  I'd double up
on them when driving around Watkins Glen though.
