Todd, since you didn't say you were pumping the brake pedal, I presume that
is the problem. You've got to take the top off the master cylinder, and
using a brake bleeder kit (bought or homemade), pump out the fluid using the
brake pedal. It won't just come out. Regarding the caps, you can buy
replacement caps at probably any auto parts store including Trak Auto where
I've bought mine.
