What years of Miata had which size of OEM radio?

I see in the Moss catalog pictures of different accessories, and I notice
that some have what appears to be a standard 1/2 DIN radio, and some a
3/4?? or something DIN radio.

Can anyone clue me in?

The reason I'm asking is that my List Of Things to Give My Miata includes a
factory radio, mostly for theft-prevention measures. This isn't going to
happen for a while, but I'd like to be prepared for it, and I'm curious.
