In EFWG V3.11 you have to exit to DOS and use the Scandisk and Defrag found
there, unless you are running a very old version of DOS, in which case you
can use most third party utilities.

Yeah, that is what I thought, but since we were/are having problems with
WFW3.11, and the drive hasn't been reformatted for 3 years, there may be a
problem.
I don't even know if we have scandisk on that machine. Unfortunately, we're
in the middle of a big project that can't wait while I play around with the
computer. The "good" news is that the project uses a DOS program so we
DON'T have to be in WFW 3.11.
