A week or so ago somebody posted a question about the 5th year album on sale
at Moss ($24.95) - the question was whether it was actually signed, or a
reproduced signature.  It piqued my interest, so I called and ordered it (as
well as Jay Lamm's Miata Universe, also on sale for $16.95).

Both arrived today.  The 5th year book is "hand-signed" by Matano and others,
and came with a certificate dated 12/22/94 signed by Barbara Beach indicating
that it is copy #2261 of 4000.  Nice looking books, both.  I'll starting
reading tonight.

Also, if anyone is looking for the 1989 two volume set  by Yamaguchi and
Thompson about the design of the M1 (which I believe is out of print), Diablo
Mazda of Walnut Creek, Calif. (area code 925) has a few copies.  My bride got
me a set for Christmas, and I greatly enjoyed reading those.  Without really
intending to, I seem to building a nice little Miata library.

No connection to either Moss or Diablo Mazda, yada yada yada.
