Gary Allison of Ronal was good enough to provide a table of wheel weights
for the sizes they sell for the Miata. I've gone ahead and put it on
Miata.net at <http://www.miata.net/faq/wheel_weights.html>

I could use some help with this: The '99 weights are missing, though I'm
certain someone knows.
Also, I'd like to start building this up with the weights, size, and offset
of other manufacturer's wheels. So any submissions will be welcome and
included on this chart.

I think the FAQ points to it right now.
