The customer is not always right and I'll be the first to let everyone know it.
If you're in the right...fine. I can accept it and do the right thing for you.
But if you're not, you will not bully this company into "giving" you
something you
are not entitled to.
Folks like yourself that attempt to bully a merchant into a bogus credit
make me want to puke in your package.
Feel free to send the unused product back in it's original container,
include a copy of your receipt
and card number for a prompt refund. This excludes shipping of course.
Then never contact our company again.
