The Puget Sound Chapter members get a 10% discount on parts and service from 3
area dealers (there are about 12).  We put a notice to that effect in our
newsletter in exchange for the discount.  Our members must show their
membership cards to get the discount.  Three dealers were giving memberships
with each new Miata.  At present, only one, Doug's Lynnwood Mazda, is still
doing so.  We have been fortunate in getting event sponsorship from several of
the dealers over the years and in the early years, the Mazda Dealers
Association gave us some cash grants in response to specific requests.  We
send all the dealers a copy of our chapter newsletter.
