Hi,
Just want to give a quick public thanks to the Northcoast Miata Club :) =
Ken, Ken, their wives and the other members (sorry I am terrible at =
remembering names) who showed up to go to TGI Fridays. Ken Hill, best =
of luck with the new job, the move and especially the little bundle of =
joy on the way :)
I was in Cleveland, my home town last week and needed a Miata fix (I had =
DT's from being away from Ace and Myrv) and Ken R. and his group of =
Miata fanatics came through. We met at Ken R's house and talked shop =
and took his car for a ride. I was really looking forward to this due =
to the fact that he has a Sebring and mine is on the way. "Ace" is =
going to be one happy camper!!!! =20
After hanging out for awhile, Ken Hill shows up with his wife and his =
turboed Mariner blue. Sweet car, even had 15" panasports that looked =
incredible. =20
A little more socializing and then off to TGI Friday's for a farewell =
get together for Ken Hill. At Friday's I met a couple more couples from =
the local group. Again, sorry for the name forgetfulness :( I had a =
great time talking about Miata stuff and whatever in general. Thanks =
for the club lapel pin :) It was great to meet everyone and see that =
there is a great group to get together with if I ever move back to =
Cleveland.
I am going back in a few months and I am probably going to drive Ace so =
I can take a drive with this great group of folks.
Special thanks to Ken Roehl and Ken Hill, who by the way have great =
Miata's :) I had the privilige of driving K.R.'s supercharged '92 red =
and the opportunity to have a ride in K.H's FM turboed Mariner blue. =
Both cars and in great condition and equally beautiful in their own =
ways!!
BTW, Ken Roehl has some great items for sale, contact him for more =
details at K142857@aol.com
