In South Africa we drive on the left, in RHD cars, and we do not drive in the middle as someone suggested. However many of the drivers do not take notice of the following rules :-
Speeding, overtaking on the left (often over the emergency lane), jumping traffic lights and stop streets, un-roadworthy vehicles, emmission controls, . . . . . .

The last time I checked, in India, if one decides to obey the traffic 
laws, one drives on the left side of the road in right-hand drive cars.
