I've got a (strange story to tell you....), no really. Two times I've
had the same strange behavior happen with my '94 B package.
Following a 10-20 minute highway run at ~90 miles an hour with the heat
on and the radio cranking, the heat blower will mysteriously stop
working and the windshield wipers become inoperable as well. During
the first instance, I had been using the cruise control and when I came
to a stop the idle was running up and down from normal to about 1,500
RPM. For both occurances turning the car off and restarting cured the
problem. I've taken a look in my Haynes manual and can see that the
blower and windshield wiper share a similar fuse(relay?) block but I
can't figure it past that.
Any ideas on what may be going on?
Thanks in advance.
