Last time I spoke to Janet, about two weeks ago, she said all of their
orders were being processed out of the CA office.  It took 3 calls into Andy
and Janet (BSP) just to get the one return phone call from Janet to give me
info/update about an order that had been pending since 8/98.  They are
headed full swing into R&D, according to a conversation I had with Andy
about three weeks ago, and basically have nothing to do with the shop
anymore.  If you want something from BSP you need to order it through the CA
shop.  Call the BSP number and it'll forward you to the CA office.  If you
need service/installation of a part go see Joseph at RSpeed.  They may even
