Considering the fact that the problem is specific to the drivers side low
beam, I would suggest another test:
Take the pax side bulb (the PIAA that hasnt burned out yet) and put it in
the drivers side. If it burns out again then I would be suspect of wiring
and not the vendor or the bulb.
