There is now a new Miata Club of America chapter covering the North west
portion of Florida, also known as the "Panhandle" section.  The
Panhandle
Miata Society covers the areas from Pensacola to Panama City.  

We (Chris Lambert & Andi Goldt) just moved into the area last month and
were
shocked that there wasn't a local chapter here.  We have seen a ton of
beautiful Miatas on the road, and we have already begun posting club
flyers on
some of the Miatas in the area.

If any of you in area are interested in meeting us before our first
official
get-together, we are showing our Miatas in the Coastal Classic Car Show,
Ft
Walton Beach on March 6th.  Stop by to see us, and sign up for the club;
or
bring your Miata and enter it in the show.  We entered our cars in the
foreign
4 cylinder class.

Our first event will be Saturday, March 13th.  We are planing a drive
from Ft
Walton to Seaside.  Email us for more details.
