I've done it when building a house.  The only problem is
that opening and closing the cards generates a fair amount
of traffic on your credit report causing some lenders
concern.

Alessandro, I always wanted to know if anyone ever did that:
bought a car on
one of those intro rate come ons, then rolled it over every
five months or so
to a new intro card!

My Credit Union offers 6.9% on new car loans, if nothing
else, join a credit
union and refinance if the cards don't work out!
