To add one more thing: It's pretty easy to alter front toe by crawling
under the car with two wrenches. Unlike the rear, changing front toe
won't disturb any of the other settings. When the car is aligned, ask the
technician how much the toe is altered by turning the tie rod adjuster
one flat; then you can have toe in for the street, but dial in some toe
out for autocross (or whatever) yourself, without any fancy
instrumentation.
