Those with some real knowledge of the subject may correct, but my feeling is
that zero total toe will help tread life a lot, although turn-in will be
compromised to some degree.
Camber will affect tire wear only if it is incompatible with your driving
style. For example, if you often corner very hard, you will need more camber
or else your outer tread will wear faster than the inner. If you almost never
corner hard, then unless you run a more modest camber setting the inner tread
will wear faster than the outer, so in the case of camber setting the "right"
numbers depend on who's behind the wheel.
