I agree, Larry. I've had State Farm for almost 25 years and _never_ <knock
on wood> had any problems with them handling any claim. Uninsured
motorist, hit and run, stolen and torched vehicle, wind damage, flooded
basement. Even our own stupidity. Of course, some caused our premiums to
rise for a bit, but all in all, I've been very, very satisfied with the
service and quality of product from State Farm. Sounds like Justin's agent
needs adjustment.
