They *had* been lower until last week's OPEC agreement- I'm paying 25
cents more per gallon than just last week... I don't think it's whining
when a monopolistic/cartel industry just decides too slow production to
make their billionaire butts even richer. That's a substantial jump that I
can't believe is allowed to occur without more resistance.
