Paul,
I see no ill intent on Justin's part. In fact, he never asked for help in this
matter. He came to the list simply asking for help on how to rebuild his car
-- AT HIS EXPENSE. That does not sound like a person that is trying to commit
fraudulent actions. I just know how big this group is and that State Farm will
listen to numbers.
Just think it would be like to have Screamer stolen and then be accused of
fraud.
In addition, if the company really thought he was a part of it wouldn't they
have to bring him up on charges of insurance fraud rather than simply just
denying his claim.
State Farm doesn't have a perfect record. In fact, you and one other person
are the only ones to have something positive to say about them.
