Now, wait a minute folks, 
I AM an attorney, and let me tell you that ANY insurance company, given even
half a chance, will deny a claim. Even claims they KNOW are valid. There is a
thriving industry suing companies for wrongful denial of coverage. Why doesn't
everybody? Because insurance companies are in the business of suing, and being
sued. They have the ability to be in court all day every day. And who do they
make it a point to pick on? Those least able to fight back- the young, the
old, minorities....
If there is an industry that is rotten to it's very core(other than banking)
it is insurance.
Insurance companies(including the 4 or 5 I deal with) suck.
