CRI is one hell of an organization.

I called them about my nearly dead air horm compressor, and whether they
could replace it.  They said they couldn't replace just the compressor,
but since I already ahd purchased a set of their horns and the warrantee
had expired, they would sell me a new set of horns ..... at their cost.

A very generous offer.

Now this is customer service, and was one of the reasons I called them
with my question in the first place.

Just thought you would want to know when something good happens with a
vendor.
