Okay, I got a little bull-headed at an autocross school last month,
and hit the same damn cone about every time around the course.
I have a pretty good cone mark on my right from bumper.  :-(

I also apparently managed to side-swipe a cone at the track last
weekend, so I have a small cone mark on the left side, behind the
driver's door.

How can I clean these off?  I've been using Meguires products;
the bright pink car shampoo, #7 show glaze, and #26 liquid wax.
The #7 doesn't seem to take off the cone marks -- am I not using
enough, or not pressing hard enough?  Or am I, as I suspect,
just not using the right product?
