Thanks to John and to all who replied to my request for "what happened
to D40 M2's" and "what should I replace mine with?"
Consensus seems to be that D40 M2's have been replaced in the Dunlop
catalog with SP8000's, but there are still some of the old model
around for sale. And there are several good brand/types out there.
I've got a few miles left on these within which to make a decision.
Cheers to all. Counting down until Wednesday, when we will probably
run into rain between home and Louisiana and have to put the
furshlugginer top up. And the new wax job will get all spotted up and
dirty. Dang!!
