You'll find this in the archives numerous times.  Long story short,
try applying silicone lube to the inside of the black channel at the
rear of the triangular quarter pane window that guides the front of
the side window.  The black channel gets kinda "grippy" sometimes, and
retards window movement.  Also, obtain a can of pressurized spray
white lithium grease, and use the included little red applicator tube
to reach down through the top of the window openings in the doors to
apply grease to the interior metal window guide channels.  The
combination of these two fixes should free up your windows
considerably.  Important that you do this before the mechanism
seriously binds up and something expensive breaks.
