So let me see, no pun intended, if I got this correct.  I can put a set of 
PIAA super white bulbs on my '99 with no other mods needed?  I wouldn't want 
to blind oncoming traffic, but would like to increase visibility on the 
country roads I travel.  So what would be a good wattage to use?
