Marsha, I had a great time in Texas last May and your
chapter did an excellent job pulling it off.  However, one
of your vendors has let you down.  The quality of the poster
of the cars lined up on the track is incredibly poor.

I hope the graininess and waterspots were caused during
development of the pictures and not the negative because I
would love to get a better quality reprint of this poster.
As it stands now, the quality is so poor that I cannot
justify spending $15 for it.

If it is not possible to obtain a better quality poster, how
do I go about returning this one and getting my money back?
Should I send it back to Quality Images or to someone in
your club?
