It is available by retail, but the price is substantially higher.  There is
a local CB store in my area that carries them and charges on the order of
$120 for them, whereas recently one of the listers posted Bill's 2Way
(http://www.garlic.com/bills2way/) as having it for about $85.  (I see that
it is now up to $92.)  If you want something local to you, check with CB
shops or places that sell to truckers.  If you are in a metropolitan area,
you should be able to find a retailer that has it.
