I agree Bill, Bob is right on the mark.

So far as I have been able to ascertain, there is only one real MCA out
there and it can be found at (http://www.mustang.org/), it is the Mustang
Club of America.  A true club that actually works to help all regional clubs
and further the Mustang image.  Yes I am a member of this MCA.  No I am not
a member of the Miata Club of America, simply because I have yet to see what
they do for me, a Miata owner.  The Miata Club of America's dues are far
more than I am willing to spend on a magazine subscription.  I would rather
support the MX-5 Journal, which I do.  If the Miata Club of America would
finally become a true National club and provide services to local clubs
(like event insurance, help in planning events, even national event
advertising, getting the press involved, etc.) then I will be happy to join.

As far as I can see, Miata.Net is the true National / International club.
