Way too late now, but anyway:
The disk should be fixed by one lugnut. Grab the caliper and try to move it back
and forth on the sliding pins. This should be possible with not too much
resistance.
If the wheel design is sufficiently "open", this can be done with the wheel
installed.
Of course, esp. as the wheels are off, taking out the lower sliding bolt does not
take much longer (as Keith mentioned).
