I sent an email to Firestik asking if they had a splitter.

NO ... we sell a splitter that let's you use a CB antenna for AM/FM ... not
the
other way around.

  Tom,
    Do you have the Cobra 75 WX ST?  My wind noise question was directed
mainly for the mike.  I can fit another tiny speaker in the headrests,
so hearing isn't really a problem.  Perhaps a 'foam' windscreen over the
microphone element (like the type outdoor reporters use) would help?
    Keep the idea's coming, and thanks for those so far,
