I just did shocks, same thing.

6 hours, but if you're not going to Konis at the same time you can save
half an hour of drilling, and if you're not reusing the old springs or
shocks you will miss at least an hour of forearm torture with the spring
compressor. You won't need a compressor to put short springs on new
shcks. Say 4.5 hours working alone.

Jackstands, a torque wrench, and a large hammer to unseat the upper
balljoints. Buy new cotter pins first. Also, if you don't already have a
deep-well 14mm socket, buy one up front.

Not difficult, just tedious. I figured it was like making $300 *after
taxes*. My body was nearly recovered in only 3 or 4 days, really it was.
I wouldn't pay anyone to do it again.
