I've seen Kat Bryce do it at an autocross down in Ft. Meyers.

But those were just tires without wheels and I believe they were 185
tires... and they were tight.

I'm assuming you're looking to take racing tires to an autocross and have a
passenger along (otherwise you'd go with the usual one in the trunk one
behind the pax seat two on the pax seat, all in plastic bags (which is what
I do, except I had mom sew me cloth bags instead).

My theory would be that if it's close enough to justify risking the possible
damage doing what you suggest, then it's definitelly close enough to drive
there with the race tires on the car.
