i've got a Momo knob on mine. The sleve and shifter have become
completely stripped. Knob is now held in firmly, however. How? Unscrew
the bottom of the knob, drill three holes. Thread holes, insert three set
screws. Screw knob in, set screws, screw knob bottom over set screws..
(must use headless set screws).
